“Clear goals, combined with our innate potential and a willingness to reflect, learn and grow are our golden tickets to creating the life we want.”

Helena is an international Leadership Consultant, University Lecturer, Corporate Trainer, Business Consultant and Keynote Speaker with more than 25 years’ experience in training and education in the corporate and public sector, specialising in Personal Leadership, Effective Communication, Intercultural Communication and Inclusive Leadership, training and coaching clients to communicate, lead, teach and perform successfully.

Having worked in managerial positions in the corporate training sector, had her own business for more than 20 years and been a member of The New Leadership team for the past ten years, Helena is able to offer her clients a creative and value-based sounding board built from a mosaic of leadership skills, business acumen, cultural awareness and a genuine interest in the individual.

For the past 17 years, Helena has regularly been invited as a Guest Lecturer in Intercultural Communication and Inclusive Leadership by a number of universities in Sweden, the UK, Turkey and the US, and in 2020, Helena was asked by The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm to create and carry out several university modules in Leadership, Personal Leadership, as well as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, for their Undergraduate students of Technical Mathematics. This is now an annually recurring guest teaching role, which Helena shares with her New Leadership colleagues Fredrik Kristoffers and Melissa Grote, using bespoke New Leadership material.

Among Helena’s strengths as a leadership consultant are her ability to adopt a holistic view as well as attention to detail, to quickly build trust with her clients, to help them think in new ways and develop an enhanced reflective mindset. This will allow them to identify areas for improvement and to find the best tools to reach their desired goals, on both a professional and personal level.

Helena’s colleagues describe her as professional, caring and generous.
